Entry times & re-entry

Last entry: 16:00.

Early Entry Tickets: If you purchased a "Pre 1pm", "Pre 2pm", or "Pre 3pm" ticket, you must arrive before the specified time on your ticket. Late fees will be applied at the gate if you arrive after your slot.

There is no re-entry into the event site if you leave early. Once you are in, you are in for the day!

Age restrictions

Beyond Boundaries is an 18+ event. You must bring ID.

We only accept the following forms of ID:

• Valid Photo Driving Licence
• Valid Provisional Photo Driving Licence
• Valid Passport
• Valid PASS Card from the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (this is the best form of ID to bring if you don't want to bring a valuable document). More information on how to obtain your PASS Card.

ID must be original. No copies or photos will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse admission if, in our opinion (including that of any third parties instructed by us), there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the applicable entry age requirement. In such an instance, you will not be entitled to a refund and your ticket will be invalidated.

Ticket types

• General Entry: Standard access to the festival site and all 4 stages.
• Early Entry Tiers: Discounted entry tickets requiring arrival before 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM.
• VIP Tickets: Includes priority Fast Track Entry to avoid the lines, access to the Backstage Area, a Dedicated Covered Bar with a full drink selection, and luxury Premium Toilets.
• Group Offers: 4 for 3 and 3 for 2 ticket package bundle deals are available while allocations last.

Ticket sales & terms

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Barcode scans void the ticket for re-use.
• Tier-based pricing is in operation — prices increase as ticket allocations sell out.
• Official primary ticketing outlets: Skiddle and See Tickets.

Where is the venue?

The event site is located at Stanmer Park, Brighton, set within one of the city's most iconic expansive green spaces.

All customers will receive an information pack via email before the event.

Getting there by train

Falmer railway station is located right next to Stanmer Park and is a short walk from the festival gates. Frequent trains run directly from Brighton Central and Lewes. Check nationalrail.co.uk for event-day timetables.

Buses

Regular bus links service Stanmer Park. Visit buses.co.uk for schedules.

Parking & taxis

Parking: There is no dedicated event parking inside Stanmer Park for festival ticket holders. Attendees are strongly urged to use public transport (train/bus).

Taxis / Drop-off: Designated pick-up and drop-off zones will be clearly signposted near the park entrance. Do not attempt drop-offs on the main access roads.

Essentials

• Fully charged mobile phone & a portable battery bank.
• A digital or printed copy of your E-Ticket.
• Valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, PASS card).
• Valid payment method (cashless event — card and mobile payments only).
• Suitable footwear for a park environment (grassy terrain, slopes, and paths).
• Reusable, empty, non-glass, non-metal water bottle (free water refill stations are scattered across the site).

Bag restrictions

Bags larger than a standard piece of A4 paper are not permitted inside the festival site. No locker or cloakroom storage facilities are available on-site.

Prohibited items

Not allowed on site:

• Aerosols/perfumes & spray cans
• Air horns, sound systems, or radio devices
• Alcohol, food, & non-alcoholic drinks (brought from outside)
• Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or motorised vehicles
• Camping chairs, gazebos, or bulky camping gear
• Chinese lanterns, fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
• Drones
• Flags, banners, poles, or promotional/protest materials
• Full-face masks or full helmets
• Glass containers of any description
• Hi-visibility clothing items
• Illegal substances, psychoactive materials, nitrous oxide, and related paraphernalia
• Tampered medication (all essential medicines must be clearly labelled)
• Tools, knives, or weapons of any kind
• Unauthorised merchandise or marketing flyers

Allowed items

• Bags up to A4 size
• Empty, reusable non-glass, non-metal water bottles
• Personal-use compact cameras (no detachable professional lenses)
• Cigarettes, tobacco, and vapes (for personal use only)
• Small folding pocket umbrellas
• Suncream (lotion only, no pressurised aerosol cans)

Drug policy

Beyond Boundaries operates a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or prohibited psychoactive items will be refused entry or evicted and handed over directly to Sussex Police.

VIP area

Elevate your day with the Beyond Boundaries VIP experience. Includes Fast Track Entry lanes, premium private toilets, a fully-stocked Dedicated Covered Bar to keep queues brief, and exclusive access to the relaxed Backstage Area seating zone.

VIP upgrades will be available on the day if they have not sold out in advance. Please check with our ticketing agents.

Drinking water

Stay hydrated throughout the day. Free tap water refill points are located across the festival footprint. Empty plastic or non-metal reusable bottles are fully permitted at entry security checks.

Special effects

Strobe lighting, lasers, smoke machines and other special effects are used during performances.

Medical & welfare

The medical station and a dedicated Welfare Centre are located on site. Our professional safety teams offer non-judgmental medical support, care, and immediate assistance.

Ask For Angela

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, abuse, or violence of any kind. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any stage, head to any bar or speak to a member of staff and "Ask for Angela" for discreet support.

Security

• Please have your ticket barcode and photo ID ready before reaching the front of the queue.
• Amnesty bins will be placed ahead of the security lanes for safe disposal of prohibited items.
• Keep your valuables secure and look out for your belongings. Report any suspicious behaviour immediately to a festival steward or security guard.

Lost property

Lost items found during the event are logged at the central Info Point. Post-event, you can get in touch via email at info@louderuk.com to check on missing items.

Site terrain

Beyond Boundaries is an open-air event staged on the grass parklands of Stanmer Park. As a result, the ground profile includes naturally undulating grass fields, slopes, and dirt pathways. Temporary tracking paths will be deployed in heavy traffic sectors, but some areas may become uneven.

Wheelchair access

• Ramped access and dedicated temporary flooring options are positioned at key bottlenecks.
• Fast-track entry, via the VIP lane, can be pre-arranged at the main gates for those with mobility requirements.
• Wheelchair users will have priority access to the viewing platform.

On-site services

• Accessible toilet facilities are available on site.
• Our security team is on hand across the site to offer directions and tracking advice.

Assistance dogs

Registered assistance dogs are fully welcome. Please notify the management team ahead of time by emailing info@louderuk.com.

Carer / PA tickets

Free Personal Assistant/Companion tickets are available. To claim, the accessible person must first purchase their festival ticket through Skiddle, then contact custcare@skiddle.com with their order confirmation number and official documentational proof of disability/need.

On the day, you must arrive with your access card and your PA together.

Environment

We work side-by-side with professional waste management teams to ensure Stanmer Park is thoroughly cleaned during and immediately after the festival.

We emphasise single-use plastic reduction and running dedicated recycling workflows. Litter picking teams will sweep both the inside footprint and the exterior park boundaries.

Noise management

A strict sound level control plan is pre-agreed in detail with Brighton & Hove City Council. Roaming sound monitoring technicians travel around the park boundaries throughout the day to ensure compliance with local guidelines.
